Today started and ended at our kitchen table - for once clear of the detritus of life.
A quiet day.
A walk, some pottering in the garden.
A cute new mail competition, a lunch alone, washing to do.
A tute at uni, afternoon tea with my girls.
And now can't wait to watch Part 2 of the Slap.

Are you watching the Slap?

ReplyDeletebusy busy day here - just the usual boring stuff though - nothing so nice as sitting reading magazines
Hi Ally I'm new to your blog and have enjoyed getting to know you a little more. I love finding new friends I am now following, if you find some spare time please come over and say hello my friend. I hope you have a lovely day.

I love the colours in these photos Ally, your photos are always inspiring. It sounds like you had a quiet but busy day. I enjoy sharing afternoon tea with my girls, just sitting and chatting. Today I went to the fabric shop and made a couple of simple patchwork pillows, still a little bit to finish but will be ready for Saturday's birthday party, definitely;) Enjoy your night. x
ReplyDeletephotos are stunning. what a lovely day. i became a little emotional when i saw the advert for the slap. i haven't watched it yet, though there are so many people talking about it. enjoy friday. xo.
ReplyDeleteI am watching the slap, but I watch it later, online, alone. It's like a car crash I can't look away from, even though I already know what is going to happen!
ReplyDeleteHa ha - Vic has it right! I just watched 'the slap' on catch up TV. I find it intriguing and slightly disturbing, yet I'm compelled to watch now that I'm this far in.
